01Acceptance
By creating an account, posting an ad, or otherwise using Qasvah, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02Who can use Qasvah
You must be of legal age and able to form a binding contract to use Qasvah.
You are responsible for keeping your account and login secure, and for all activity under your account.
03Ads and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of your ads, including photos, descriptions and prices.
Ads must describe real animals or items you have the right to sell. Misleading, duplicate or illegal listings may be removed.
04Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use Qasvah for fraud, harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose.
You may not attempt to bypass safety features, impersonate others, or misuse another person's information.
05Deals and payments
Qasvah connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to any deal. Prices, payment and delivery are agreed directly between the two sides.
Qasvah does not hold funds or guarantee any animal, item or payment. Always follow our safety guidance.
06Our responsibility
Qasvah is provided on an 'as is' basis. We work hard to keep it safe and available but cannot guarantee outcomes of deals between users.
To the extent allowed by law, Qasvah is not liable for losses arising from user deals or content.
07Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in the app.
Continuing to use Qasvah after an update means you accept the revised terms.
